When I was starting my entrepreneurial journey, I realized that most of the available advice wasn’t designed to assist someone like me: an experienced professional, first-time founder, woman.
Today, several start-ups later, I am happy to be able to offer support that I wished I had when I was starting out.
This course has been created on the foundation of years of coaching and mentoring for underrepresented founders. It’s designed to cover all areas of entrepreneurship that are crucial for you to succeed: self-development, team leadership, and company management.
You will not only enhance your leadership skills but also develop the mindset needed to work efficiently in an early start-up stage.
We will learn how to hire for start-ups, how to build teams, how to lead them, conflict resolution, negotiating skills, and how to deal with hard choices. Lastly, you will master the business framework including company formation, shareholders agreements, business strategy, pitching, fundraising, and operational scaling up.
