I have been a leader for over two decades and in recent years, a serial entrepreneur. My mission is to champion empathetic leadership and empower underrepresented people in tech.

As a consultant, I worked with tech giants like Nokia and DAZN as well as a wide range of gaming studios and institutions, like the European Innovation Council. I also regularly teach at schools in Finland and the UK. I teach Game Production, Games Business, and Games QA. My first book, “Modern Game Testing” is available now.
